We run a dispensary, not a data business. This website collects as little as it can get away with, and we don't sell any of it. Here is exactly what happens when you visit.
We use a simple visit counter so we know whether the website is doing its job. For each visit it records:
That's the whole list. It is counted in totals, not tied to you.
No cookies. No advertising trackers. No profiles. We don't know your name, we don't follow you to other websites, and we have never sold or shared personal information for money or advertising — which under California law includes not "sharing" it for targeted ads.
Three small things are saved on your own device, not sent to us:
Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
If you call, email, or send us a message, we keep what you sent so we can reply. We use it to answer you — not to market at you, unless you've asked to hear from us.
This site is for adults 21 and over, or medical patients 18 and over with a valid recommendation. It isn't intended for anyone younger, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
California residents can ask what we hold about them, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it — and we won't treat you differently for asking. Because this website doesn't build profiles, there is usually very little to hand over, but ask and we'll tell you honestly.
